For the safety of the groomer and your pet, we require that you disclose when booking if your cat exhibits or is prone to any difficult or aggressive behaviour.
For health and safety reasons, all cats will have nails cut before grooming.
Cats showing signs of aggression will not be given a wet bath and will be muzzled.
No liability will be accepted by San’s Cat Grooming Services in injury caused by the difficulty or aggressive behaviour of your pet.
No liability will be accepted by San’s Cat Grooming Services when any health problem is uncovered or aggravated by any part of the grooming process. We will endeavour to notify you of anything we uncover during the grooming.
We endeavour to provide the pricing of the grooming appointment before the appointment however an additional cost will be incurred if inaccurate description of the situation of the cat is provided before the appointment was made, resulting in more knot removal than anticipated. This is because more time would be required to remove the additional knows and expertise so as to not to injure the cat.
By booking an appointment with San’s Cat Grooming Services, you are confirming that you agree with our Terms and Conditions.
We are always striving for a high level of customer satisfaction however if you are dissatisfied with your grooming experience with us, we are unable to provide a refund once the service has been completed however we offer a correction service for any minor changes that you require within a reasonable time period.
Please make sure all cats are given ample opportunity to the toilet before coming to their grooming appointment.
Please do not feed less than 2 hours before your appointment.
We reserve the right to take and use pictures of your pet for social media, advertising and education. If you do not wish pictures of your pet to be used for these purposes, you must notify us at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure the smooth running of our schedule and fairness to all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £20 cancellation fee, which will be added to your next booking.
Missed appointments or clients who fail to attend without notice will also be subject to the £20 fee.
Incomplete Appointments Due to Behaviour
For the safety of our staff and the well-being of your cat:
If an appointment cannot be completed due to aggressive or difficult behaviour, a minimum charge of £20 will apply to cover time, handling, and resources used up to that point.
We reserve the right to stop the grooming session at any time if we believe it is unsafe or overly stressful for your cat.
