San told me how to hold her securely, wasn't easy but hope regular grooming with San she will begin to tolerate it. “I can’t recommend San enough! She was so lovely and gentle with my cat Delilah, and made she she was comfortable while also getting her all tidied up and pretty 🥰🥰🥰 I’d tried to give Delilah a hygiene clip myself, which just resulted in a lot of upset and stress for both of us 🙈 but San got it sorted quick as anything, no muss no fuss! 🙀🤩 While Delilah wasn’t the happiest during her groom, she perked up immediately once it was done, obviously very happy with the results same as me 😸😸😸 Thank you so much San!! 😻.”

“This was our first time our Ragdoll cat Sherlock had a hair grooming session. We weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. San was fantastic, we initially had a consultation to discuss what was needed and what was best for the our cat and to help improve his coat. The session took approximately 30minutes, he was a bit nervous, and my wife more so, but San was very good at giving clear instructions on how to calm him down. Sherlock looked amazing after the grooming and actually seemed happier too!”
